1.Raw material pretreatment

The basic raw materials of granola bars include basic grains such as oats, corn flakes, quinoa, and black rice. These raw materials are first screened and purified to ensure hygiene and safety during product processing.

2.Syrup cooking

Syrup is the core binding material for granola bars, and it directly determines whether the grains can adhere and be shaped. In industrial granola bar production, the production system uses a sugar melting and holding system and adds the syrup according to a fixed, standardized ratio. 3.Dry and wet material mixing

4.Auxiliary material cutting and shaping

The mixed viscous mixture is transported by an automatic lifting device (a bucket elevator) into a dedicated cutting and forming machine for granola bars. The machine cuts the granola bars into standardized products of uniform size according to the preset cutting shape, in order to meet output requirements. The production line uses a three-roller auxiliary hopper for adding ingredients, which can press granola bars into either a rectangular cross-section or a U-shaped cross-section. The freshly produced granola bars are relatively soft in texture and cannot be packaged directly; therefore, they need to be cooled and set. The production line uses multiple fans for cooling, which effectively prevents deformation of the finished product and does not damage the texture of the ingredients throughout the entire cooling process.

5.After sealed packaging, products undergo quality inspection and are then sent into storage.

The cooled and set granola bars that have passed quality standards are conveyed through a cornering machine into a fully automatic packaging machine to complete further processing and packaging.
