Henan customers come to our factory to test the machines about theMango Cake Production Line they ordered, the entire process of the production line includes raw material mixing, feeding,extrusion , cooling ,cutting and finally sent to the conveyor belt for bag packing. Our company's production line has been quite mature in terms of equipment and technology.
■ Pre-Trial Preparation
1. Equipment Inspection
- Ensure all machine components are securely installed without looseness.
- Verify proper power connection and voltage compliance with equipment requirements.
- Lubricate moving parts (e.g., chains, bearings) and remove internal debris.
2. Material Preparation
- Prepare ingredients (dried mango, milk powder, sugar, butter, etc.) according to the recipe, ensuring no spoilage or clumps.
- Pre-heat ingredients (e.g., melt butter) to the appropriate temperature in advance.
3. Parameter Settings
- Preset parameters based on process requirements:
- Mixing speed/time
- Heating temperature
- Forming thickness and cutting dimensions
- Cooling temperature
4. Safety Verification
- Test emergency stop button functionality and ensure protective covers are closed.
- Clear the workspace to prevent obstructions from personnel or tools.
■ No-Load Test Run
1. Start the equipment and observe if all components operate normally during idle operation:
- Check motors for abnormal noise or overheating.
- Ensure conveyor belts are aligned without deviation and cutting blades move smoothly.
- Verify accuracy of temperature control displays.
2. Test emergency stop function to confirm rapid response.
■ Loaded Test Run (With Materials)
1. Phase 1: Small-Batch Feeding
- Feed 1/3 of the standard material volume and monitor:
- Mixing uniformity and check for dead zones or splashing.
- Heating system's ability to maintain stable preset temperature.
- Inspect formed mango milk cake blanks for consistent thickness and neat edges.
2. Phase 2: Full-Capacity Production
- Feed materials at standard production capacity, focusing on:
- Whether equipment load current stays within rated limits.
- Product pass rate (e.g., weight, shape, texture).
- Equipment stability during continuous 1–2 hour operation.
3.Issue Recording and Adjustments
- If issues like uneven mixing or poor forming arise, stop and adjust:
- Modify mixing speed or duration.
- Recalibrate temperature sensors or heating power.
- Clean mold/cutter residues.
■ Safety and Cleaning
1. After testing, immediately disconnect power and perform thorough cleaning once cooled:
- Disassemble washable parts to remove residue.
- Apply food-grade lubricant to critical components.
2. Complete a test report documenting parameters, issues, and solutions.
